Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email to let you know your order has been shipped or is ready for pick up.

Local Pickup -  Main Fabric, 5 King St. W. Dundas, Ontario

Orders can be picked up at Main Fabric in Dundas (5 King St. W, Dundas, Ontario) during store hours (Tues-Fri from 10am-6pm, Sat from 10am-4pm, and Sun from 12-4pm). You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for pickup.


Flat Rate Shipping:

Flat rate shipping is untracked and provided for orders within Canada for a flat rate of $6. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days using Canada Post.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer $6 flat rate shipping within Canada.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Capstone Pattern Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Digital products, such as PDF patterns, are non-refundable, as they are delivered automatically following purchase.
